SINGER-SONGWRITER
LUCIA is an indie pop singer-songwriter based in Brooklyn known for her poetic yet sharp lyrics and warm, bright sound.
Originally from Connecticut, LUCIA studied at Northwestern University where she studied theatre, creative writing (nonfiction), and playwriting. She blends her knack for storytelling across forms with a dreamy beach pop style.
Influenced by songwriters like Lizzy McAlpine, Maggie Rogers, and Sydney Ross Mitchell, LUCIA loves creating music with her friends and collaborators.
Her debut single, “Frozen Cherries,” explores the ice cold reality of a fading summer love affair. The song was featured on BMI’s #MusicMonday playlist.
LUCIA has played at The Bowery Electric, Pete’s Candy Store, Hart Bar, and Arlene’s Grocery.
